Refund Policy

We'd rather earn your renewal than keep a payment you regret. This policy explains the free trial, our 30-day money-back guarantee, and how placement credits are handled.

1. The 7-day free trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day trial. A payment method is required to activate it, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing — no questions, no forms.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

If BrandReply isn't a fit, email us within 30 days of your first subscription charge and we'll refund it in full. This guarantee applies once per customer, to the first charge of your first subscription.

3. After the first 30 days

Charges older than 30 days, and renewal charges generally, are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access to everything you've paid for until the period ends.

If we materially fail to deliver the service for an extended period through our own fault, contact us — we'll make it right with a credit or a prorated refund at our discretion.

4. Placement credits

  • Monthly included credits have no cash value and are not refundable or redeemable.
  • Separately purchased credit top-ups are refundable within 14 days if entirely unused.
  • Credits already spent on completed placements cannot be refunded, since the work has been performed.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account's email address with the subject “Refund request”. Include the workspace name and, if you're willing, a sentence about why — it helps us improve. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — nearly every issue is faster to resolve directly. Accounts with active chargebacks are suspended automatically while the dispute is open.
